David Nayer

Editor in Chief

David Nayer is the Editor in Chief of Law Street Media. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, David began his career at Fastcase as a reference attorney. David was a copy editor at The Michigan Daily student newspaper. He was born in Detroit and resides in Washington, DC.

John A. Jenkins


John A. Jenkins is a journalist, author and entrepreneur. He founded Law Street Media in 2013. Prior to that, he served for 15 years as President & Publisher of CQ Press and created First Street, a pioneering web-based political intelligence platform. His most recent book, The Partisan: The Life of William Rehnquist, was an Editor's Choice of The New York Times Book Review. He is also a four-time recipient of the American Bar Association's Gavel Award Certificate of Merit, one of the highest awards in legal journalism, for his coverage of law and the courts.


Kirsten Errick


Kirsten graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Communication, specializing in Journalism. She previously worked at Blue360 Media as an Associate Editor.

Kendall Heebink


Kendall Heebink will graduate from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University in May with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Criminology. She is pursuing honors in Political Science through her Bachelor’s Thesis, Extremism and Activism: What Motivates Right-Wing Extremist Group Activity? She has been writing for Law Street since May of 2021.

Wilson Fay


Wilson Fay graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Legal Studies and will be graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in May 2022. While in law school, Wilson was a Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal, a member of Wisconsin’s Moot Court Board and a student associate at the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic. Wilson’s interests lie at the cross section of business and the law and he enjoys working with startups and entrepreneurs to develop innovative solutions and products.

Jose Rascon


Jose Rascon is currently getting his Masters in Journalism at Georgetown University. He enjoys writing about the interaction between private and public entities that meet in the court system to find solutions to their problems.

Christina Tabacco


Christina Tabacco graduated from The George Washington University Law School and subsequently practiced antitrust and employment law in San Francisco. Since then, Christina has moved to South Africa. She particularly enjoys reporting on the intersection of technology and healthcare with antitrust.

Erin Page


Erin Page is senior law librarian and reference attorney with Fastcase, in addition to her work with Law Street. Erin is a graduate of the William and Mary Marshall Wythe School of Law, where she received honors in Legal Practice. She also received a BA in Classics from St John's College, Annapolis, and a Master's degree in Legal Library Science from Catholic University. Prior to working with Fastcase, Erin worked for 8 years as an attorney with Convergent in Insurance Mediation and as company trainer/ CLE coordinator.
